The Reporting Standards of e-Learning Results
Nov 21, 2016
Hello Everyone. I am a member of the learning technologies team of bank . We design e-Learnings in Articulate Storyline 2.
I tried to find the reporting standards of e-Learning results on internet, but i couldn’t find anything. Could anyone help me about it?
The company i work reports each slide as two minutes per person when it is completed. For example, when an e-Learning with 30 slides is completed, it is calculated as one hour for each person. If 1000 employees complete that e-Learning, then it is recorded as 1000 hours for that e-learning.
Even though I am new in this department, i don’t think this is the best way. I am sure that there are better methods to report the results properly. I would appreciate it very much if you would lead me to some resources/researches about the topic or if you would share the information about how these results are reported in your company. Thank you in advance.

Hello Önder and welcome to Heroes!
I'll defer to the expertise of the community on this topic. You may also want to look at the Building Better Courses side of the forums to see what other ideas have been shared there!
