Can any one guide me on why, when students are doing one of our Articulate Storyline Scorm training programs within Canvas LMS that they are always asked if they would like to resume where they left off even though this is the first time they have attempted the training.
When the Player Properties window appears, click ⚙️Other.
In the Resume section, look at the selection next to On restart.
What option did you select? Here's an overview of the three available choices:
Prompt to resume: This option asks learners if they want to pick up where they left off.
Always resume: This option forces the course to open where learners previously left off. They won't see a prompt; the course will resume automatically.
Never resume: This option forces the course to start at the beginning, even if learners previously completed part of it. They won't see a prompt.
