I have been including web pages with videos on for some time quite successfully, however now I am on Storyline 2 these same pages no longer work and come up with this security warning.
To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame.
I have not changed the content or the server settings and indeed a page created in SL1 works but the same page updated to SL2 doesn't which leads me to believe its a SL2 "feature"
Is anyone aware of a way to turn this feature off ?
Are you utilizing the latest version to Storyline 2, which is Update 7? We had some issues with embed codes that was addressed in Update 5.
That error indicates that it's coming from the video, but interesting that it's behaving differently in the versions as you mention. Would you be able to share the .story files with our team here so that we could take a look if that's the case?

Are these YouTube videos by any chance? The embed method doesn't work for YouTube videos anymore, use a webobject instead.
No these are locally hosted videos using an embedded object on a very simple html file, like 14 lines in total :)
What's so frustrating is that they work when published in SL1 but not when published in SL2!
