The software quits unexpectedly

Hi. I'm testing the version of Articulate 360, and when I run it, the software won't let me advance more than one working slide and it quits unexpectedly. I do not know the motive. I have Windows 10, an ICORE I5 CPU and 4GB Ram. What could it be?

Hi Nelson,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.

It seems that your specs are well within the Storyline 360 system requirements.

Just to confirm, does your slides already have content when testing? There is a possibility that a corrupt element is causing this. You may try to remove the contents one at a time to isolate the issue.
