I just got articulate installed and Im working remotely using a VPN and Im unable to download any of the content, all I get is the message on the title : 

"The template download did not complete successfully. Please check your connection to Articulate360 and try again."

Im unable to access any of the content, regardless of what I try or do. My IT is thinking that it has to do with our VPN. Any suggestions?

Hello Christopher,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing. I did a quick search on the error and found one other instance that our support team worked on. The issue was corrected by updating the Articulate App following these instructions.

If that does not correct the issue for you, I'd recommend working directly with one of our support engineers to get back up and running properly.
