Replying to/educating staff on a competitor's published Market Research or Sales Documentation.
Often, there is a lot of FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) created by competitive material, and it would be a lovely way to stop sales people, for example, getting caught up in defensive strategies.
I like that idea Bruce and Nick! I'm currently working on sales and negotiation training and could see using something like the red pen markup to identify common trigger words and phrases.
Educating people on the realities of well-know, but out-of-date theories.
I'm currently creating a course on corporate fraud - and one of the "well-accepted" models has been superseded. It could be introduced nicely using this format.
