I am getting this message 'There is not enough space on the disk' when I try to save a small Storyline 3 project. I noticed a thread from a few years ago with a similar problem re Storyline 2. I don't have access to go deep into the file system and delete files that may be clogging the system (I am on a networked computer in an organisation). I am on Windows 10 Enterprise.
are you working/editing your file on that network? If so try to save it locally for excample on your desktop. Articulate recommends to work locally and not in a network environment, because it could cause problems like this or even corrupting your file so it is lost forever.
I work locally during the day and save there too, when I go home I copy/paste my file onto the network as a backup. That works perfectly and storyline runs faster than on a network. :)

I see that you reached out to our support team as well and you are currently working with Renson :)
