There is something strange that happens with storyline courses on mobile. And this happens only on one cell phone( iphone 7), and on a tablet in chrom. When i try to enter the course and press the first arrow ( First image i have attached) to move on i n the course, this webside (http://koob.no) popps up insted of the next slide in the course. What can this be??
That's truly strange, and stranger still that's it's only happening for one iPhone and one tablet using Chrome. I'd suggest that user clear their browsing history and cache, and then try accessing the course again.
You could also try accessing the link in Private browsing mode on the iPhone or incognito in Chrome.
Let me know how that goes - and if you'd like to share the course link I can test it on my mobile devices too.
