"There was a problem signing in. Please try again."


I have this sign in issue on my desktop version, but I can sign in to the Web app.  I read some discussions here and tried to apply those fixes, but the issue persists:

I just downloaded the application again and it said that I already have the latest version.

There are no issues with my network, as other colleagues are able to access from the same network segment and configurations. 

Can you help? Thanks.
