It appears that the website or creators of the content hosted there have restricted it so that the content can only be viewed natively in their site, not embedded in another environment like the Storyline course.
You'll want to look at what restrictions the website has placed on content to modify that, or allow the website resources you've linked in Storyline to open into a new window/tab.

Certain websites have extra security measures in place that prevent them from being displayed in an iFrame.
Do you have the hyperlink set up to display in current browser window or in new browser window?
