“This project is damaged or corrupt…”

Hello!

Аfter  updating Sl2 my file is corrupt, damaged & … two weeks of my work for nothing. Import doesn’t work too. What can I do else? And  Storyline doesn’t make backup… ((

Hi Yan,

Were you updating your file from SL1 to SL2? Or updating SL2 to the latest update? You'll want to confirm that you're working locally as described here, and if Storyline isn't opening or working as expected you'll want to conduct the repair detailed here.  If your file was upgraded from SL1 to SL2, the original SL1 file would have had a back up created as described here. 

To use the autorecovery feature in Storyline, you'll have to follow the directions here to enable it and have saved your file at least one prior to the crash.
