I have a tab interactivity with 5 tabs in storyline 360. On click on each tab i have opened its relative content. As i click from one tab to another the text in the tab(button) slightly shifts upward and so as the tick which i have placed to show users that this tab is visited.
As this is HTML5 project I have selected the option ""scale player to fill browser window". In some similar issue i have read that its a illusion as the color changes but in this case it is not.
Please let me know if any has occurred with same problem and any solution to this.
I suggest that you check the states for the tabs. It's possible that the text and/or text-box formatting is different between the Normal state and the Visited state.
Strange. Perhaps the states somehow got slightly misaligned when you were adding the content to indicate the tab had been visited.
Tip: To check alignment, select the object. Go to the States tab, but don'tclick the button for editing. Instead, click from one state to another while looking at the screen. If you see the same change that you described above, then something got reformatted, resized, or moved.
I suggest you delete the Visited state, re-create it by copying the Normal state, and carefully re-add whatever you're using to differentiate it from Normal.
Hi Judy, Thanks for this approach, this has worked fine for the text but the ticks are still shifting. Is it possible that i will share you the storyline file.
This solution helped me to fix the text, but however the tick used to show the visited state is still shifting. Is it possible that i will share the tab interactivity file here. Please let me know. Thanks again.
