Time out drag and drop

I am trying to create a drag and drop question that times out and sets the answer to incorrect if the user does nothing within the given time interval. I have a trigger on the slide that "submits" the question after a specific time, but Storyline responds with an invalid answer because the user did not do anything before the question was submitted:
How can get past this and just set the quiz to accept that the question was answered incorrectly?

Question--is the question part of a final quiz or is it a "check your knowledge" type of question or interaction that is outside of a quiz?
Michael - you'll need a trigger to auto-select a choice when the timeline ends and another trigger to auto-advance or branch to a new slide.
So, you have things set up 1/2 way but you just need a trigger that changes the state of one of your choices to "selected". Here's a quick example that includes a fourth choice "I don't know". This choice is auto-selected when the timeline ends.

David, that is a really good solution, filed to be pilfered at a later date
You know, we should add a condition to the trigger so it only auto-selects the "I don't know" choice if no other choices are selected.
