I have an issue when importing audio in a storyline project.
The audio mp3 I'm trying to insert is 120 sec long, but I want the duration of the timeline to be set to 5 sec. In this way, once the timeline ends and the user doesn't advance, the music will continue playing.
But... everytime I open the project the timeline duration is set by default to 120 sec, so user has to wait 120 sec before advancing.
Is there a way to fix it without using a loop trigger?
When you add a media element to your slide, the timeline is automatically adjusted to be as long as the media. If you have your slides set up to advance automatically, the user will need to wait until that audio has finished playing before being jumped to the next slide. You may want to also look at including a trigger for the user to advance by clicking the next button or similar if you don't want them to be forced to listen to the entire audio on a slide.
