Hi, Mandy -- Thanks for reaching out, and I am still doing some research to see if others have reported this behavior previously, but in the meantime, may I ask if you have tried these troubleshooting steps to see if you find improvement? And is this issue isolated to 1 project or is this happening in multiple?

Hi, Mandy -- May I ask if you can also please confirm that you are using the most recent update of Storyline 2? A colleague of mine was able to direct me to a similar issue that had been reported previously to our QA team and should now be resolved.
