Timeline more than 1000 seconds -- why!?

Dec 29, 2016

Hello,

the timeline on one of my slides is more than 1000 seconds long.

I don't see why, changed all elements to end after 100 seconds, and it's still this long.

Also when I copy everything on a new slide, same thing happens.

How can I fix the lenght of a slide?

Thank you!

NY

Hi there, NY!  I'm not sure why your slide was initially 1000 seconds-  did you have any media files that lasted that long?  The timeline will default to the longest lasting item/file.  For a quick way to shorten the timeline back to 100 seconds, you can click the end of the timeline and start dragging, and then press your left arrow key at the same time.  It will zip the timeline back to the end of the longest content item.  Here's a video that explains further!
