How do I set a trigger so the learner won't be able to click the next button until the timeline ends or set a specific amount of time required on the slide.
You could add some triggers to the masterslide; one that sets the state of the Next button to disabled when the timeline starts, and another that set the state to Normal, either when the timeline ends or timeline reaches a cue point or sec. If you are using the built-in menu, you could also set the menu navigation to either Restricted or Locked, as described here.
