I have a course with a streaming video web object in it that is 30 minutes long. If the user clicks "next" prior to the timeline reaching 1000 seconds (the max allowed by Storyline), they will get an error message (layer appears). This feature has worked correctly for several months, but now the error appears every time the next button is selected, well after 1000 seconds have passed. I am attaching an image of my triggers. Any ideas?
Thanks for including a screenshot of your triggers panel. I created a quick sample file using similar triggers, and everything appeared to work normally. I attached that sample if you'd like to check it out for yourself.
Are you using Storyline 360? If so, are you on the latest update?
