If I animate text in a text box to appear para by para, when the timeline ends, the text disappears. If you remove the animation, it doesn’t. Have you had this happen?
Any ideas on how to fix it?
The only thing i can think of is extending the timeline to a huge number of seconds.

hmmm. By any chance do you have an exit animation turned on? That would make it disappear.
or right click in the timeline and choose show until end
