Timer issues

After working tirelessly at getting a timer I created to work, and with the help of FB group I managed to stop the timer going into the negatives, and accepting the trigger at the end of the timer. Now I added Minutes to the equation and the thing broke again. It doesn't stop at zero nor does it transition to the desired layer. I have tried using the video as a trigger (sorry cant attach) and then the variables. It isn't working. Can someone please assist me?

In the end I created another variable and set it to the desired length and had it over ride the other minutes and seconds variable. The new variable held the trigger to change pages. In case anyone else has this issue.
