you could set a trigger on layer 1 - hide layer this layer when timeline ends on slide layer 1 and set another trigger on layer 1 - show layer, layer2 when timeline ends on layer 1. Hope that's what you mean
Similarly you could use the "show layer 2" trigger when timeline ends, and use the slide layer properties to set it to hide other slide layers. If you're still having difficulty setting this up, we may need to take a look at your .story file to see how it's all set up.
Hi Need to add timer for a project slide which contains many layers this has to be appliedafter certain slides and the slide has many layers of activity were time must be recorded and must reflect in result slide that how much time has consumed for completing result slide is now a normal slide ( it like a Gamification kind of project ) i have attached a sample were timer must be added

That sounds like an awesome custom design, Geetha! So you need to show the time elapsed on the slides and layers on the results slide.
