We're happy to help! It sounds like after publishing for LMS and selecting TinCan, the completion isn't passed in SCORM cloud. Do you see the same behavior with another LMS as well?
Also, how are you tracking completion? By the number of slides viewed, a Results Slide, or a complete course trigger?
