I'm using articulate 360 and when I publish a tincan and upload it onto the LMS, it only runs on chrome if I manually enable flash in the browser settings. I've used HTML5/Flash and HTML5 only. With HTML5, the module does not run at all. Is there a way to have the module run on chrome without having to enable flash?
Hi there, Keshiv. Your HTML5 output should run on Chrome without any issues. What are you seeing when you attempt to load the HTML5 output? Does it spin? Do you get an error message?
If you'd like to share a link to the course, I'm happy to have a closer look as well!

Hi Crystal,
A spinning wheel appears and then vanishes and the background for the player is visible but not the module itself.
I cannot send a link to the module as it would require a login for the platform. Shall I send you the module itself?
Yes, Rukaht, a copy of your course file would be great! That way we can test it on SCORM Cloud and let you know how it behaves there.
You can send that copy over to us by clicking here.
Thanks Alyssa, I've sent my module to them. I'm using Amazon Cloudberry S3 to deliver the module, if that's of any relevance.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing with the support team. You should be hearing back from Christopher soon :)
