tiny access page

I haven't used storyline 2 in a while and just reinstalled it on a new computer.   When I open it, it is tiny. I"ve tried the usual  Ctrl ++, thinking it was just a minimized screen, but no success.  When I click on the tutorial, it comes up regular size.  All my other programs are working at regular size  When I open up  a new project, I can see the slide, but I cannot even read the script on the toolbars, so although I know my way around the program, I cannot even figure out what is what.  I've gone through all of my computer settings and cannot figure out how to make the start screen, or the other screens a reasonable size.  Any ideas?   Is there a "setting" within the program?
