one more question: I have 10 slides with yes/no answers. One slide has yes/no or n/a. how can I add in form view the feedback for the n/a that I added.
If you used a multiple choice question you could have 3 options (yes, no, N/A) and that would allow for Feedback by choice. Take a look at the description here.
Thanks! got it. I have 3 choices Yes, No, and N/A. I put the answer by choice and entered the feedback on the right of each choice. When I preview and select Yes It responds "correct"!. If I select No it responds "incorrect". the problem is when you select n/a it states "incorrect". I did give it the 10 points so it is calculated and they pass the quiz but I don't want it to say "incorrect". How can I fix this?
More questions for you. I was able to change the N/A to OK as you showed me but when you preview your results from the results page it shows "incorrect". When you are taking the quiz it does show "ok" when you select N/A but later when reviewing the quiz results it shows incorrect. How can I change that.
Also, I would like the results page to allow them to retake the quiz if they fail but only the questions that they got wrong not all of them.
Are you talking about the incorrect bar that'll appear at the bottom during a quiz review? That's generated automatically when you enable the "show correct/incorrect" on the quiz review. That isn't something you can edit, although you could create and customize your own Review layers here.
As far as retaking only the incorrect - it's going to involve a bit of work to set up, but it's entirely possible. This much older discussion includes some examples to get you started!

One option is to open the player tab, and choose Menu. You can rename any menu item from there.
Great, this worked. thank you.

Karen,
Do you have your .story file you could share with us? That way I could see what you have set up and offer ideas direct on that!
You can upload it using the “ADD ATTACHMENT” button at the bottom of the reply window:
On slide 9 I have 3 choices, yes, no, and n/a. If you select n/a I would like it to say correct or ok. thank you so much for all your help.
Hi Karen,
Easy enough fix - I recorded a quick Peek to show you how.
Since there can only be one true "correct" answer all the others will show Incorrect by default but you can change that if you'd like.
