Hi Jenny, 

This is a quick fix. Go into the player and click the menu button at the top left. Click where you are missing the slide. Then find the open file icon at the bottom of the menu, Click on that to locate the missing slide and click the insert button.

You can also click on the reset icon which is on the far right, under the menu. Don't use this if you have any customization in your menu titles.

Can you share a bit more about what you're looking to do? 

If you're seeing blurry images when viewing your published output you may want to look at the publish quality settings to increase those. You may also want to note that the HTML5 output may have blurry or pixelated items as described here. 

I want to make an image that I have resized look sharp, instead of blurry and pixilated.

Have you resized the image in Storyline or another image editing software? Is it a particular larger image or are you scaling it to be larger? The maximum size for images in Articulate Storyline is 2048 pixels x 2048 pixels. Images that are larger than this will lose quality when inserted into Storyline, which may make them appear blurry or fuzzy. You can read some additional ideas here in terms of updating the images to help them appear more crisp if they are larger than Storyline can accommodate.
