How silly! You can't delete if you right click and say "Cut" but you CAN use the Delete key on your keyboard. Oh well, Thanks Crystal for the suggestion.
I wasn't able to delete it even with my keyboard. So I made a shape, grouped it with that goofy mouse cursor, and then deleted the group. Hope that helps. Can't help it—I like a clean timeline! :)

Hi Naren! Were you able to select the mouse cursor on the timeline and use the delete key on your keyboard to delete it?
Here's some more information on Mouse Cursors; although it doesn't say how to remove them. Thanks for bringing it up!
