Toggle a global transcipt panel

Hi,

I was inspired to try and improve on an example which uses variables to control the visibility of a layer between slides. See //www.screenr.com/uSR7.

I moved the logic and the layer to the Master Slide thinking that the transcript layer template would be available on all slides. I discovered that it is not but also found that this global layer is available between slides so it could be used to show instructions or tips or anything else that a student might find useful to refer back to. I guess it could also display percent completed statistics if the variables to count this up were made available.

It could be enhanced by creating the logic to toggle the show/hide button instead of using a layer button.
