Toggle player from within a slide?

Jan 23, 2020

I'm using the Modern Player. When it's visible, it takes up some valuable screen space from the slides.

BUT... I'd still like learners to be able to have access to the menu.

SO... Is there a way to toggle visibility of the player from within a slide?

OR … Is there a way to display the menu from within a slide if I've turned off the player?

I've already configured my master slides with Prev and Next buttons, so navigation isn't an issue and I've construct my question slides so that they can react properly when the learner hits submit without having completed the question.

I understand that I could make a slide with a scrolling panel, manually build a menu in it and then allow learners to jump to it. For a course with very many slides that would be a nightmare to create and maintain. I would like to be able to show the menu, more or less as it would appear with the player visible.

Thanks for any help or insight!
