I was previously experiencing the Chrome issue where audio would not play on the first slide. However, now that I have the update, my course will not play at all and does not show the menu. Please help. The good news is that when I upload to our test LMS (sandbox), the course plays fine. And it's also OK when I preview it. But when I choose View Project, only one, blank slide appears with no menu options.
I just responded to a similar post here and I know that you're working with support, but it sounds like you are experiencing an issue with viewing the content locally.

Just a quick update, we fixed the issue in Storyline 2 where if you accessed a course that has audio on the first slide, you wouldn't hear the audio on the first slide when you play the course locally using Google Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit) or later.

You'll want to download the latest update, or use the Articulate updater for Storyline 2 to republish your content to include that fix.
