This starts and stops for no apparent reason. None of the menus in the toolbars are responsive, and the file menu looks like the attached image. It doesn't even happen just when launched. I've been working on something for an hour with no issue, and then it will start out of nowhere.
I've reinstalled, and verified that all my display settings are at 100%
