Can you try to do a "save as" when downloading? You may also want to try another browser to see if it's a browser security permission issue.

The file is saved as a .zip file. When you download the file, does your system recognize the .zip extension?

Many thanks  I have downloaded the files.  But when i double click on them i get the following message: 'the application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect'.  Am i doing something wrong?  what am i supposed to do once I have downloaded them?

Hi Naeem,

Are you trying to open the template directly or did you look at importing it? The import method is what I would recommend if you're using the .storytemplate file.

This is wonderful, thank you very much!  i can now see those templates in the module I'm creating.  However The Top Interaction template drop down does not show in Storyline when you create a new slide or module..

try adding the downloaded template into the templates folder and see if it's visible to you.

This is my path where to find templates - yours may be slightly different.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\Articulate Storyline 2\Content\Templates

Many thanks Wendy.  If you font mind, May I ask for your guidance on another issue I am facing?    Storyline does not allow me to delete items from a slide (such as a text box or image) however I can seem to delete typed text. My delete button doesn't seem to work and when I right click the mouse, the delete option is not available on the drop list.  Do you have any idea what the problem could be??

Check the timeline to see if the objects (text boxes) have been locked - if you see the padlock, just click to deselect it - you should then be able to move the items.  If this isn't working check the slide master View > Slide Master...they may be on there which is why you can't delete from slide view.

I just checked, they haven't been locked nor are they on the slide master.  Even if I insert a new slide , I just can't delete anything.  The only was around it is that it allows me to cut an object.  But Im sure the delete button should work....

Are you working on a Mac? If so check this out

If not, which template is it, which slide and what are you trying to delete?
