We are using Storyline 360 v3.16 and facing audio repetition issue for top tight navigation bar text i.e. Help and Exit over jaws 18 for accessibility. When we are testing the package over jaws the Help is read as "Help Help Link", similarly for Exit it reads "Exit Exit Link".
Not sure if this is a version update issue, as earlier build which was published from v3.11 does not have this issue. Currently we don't have this(v3.11) version to confirm if the update has version has this bug or not.
We have got an alternative for this by updating the main.min.css a bit.
