Tracking both a pre-test quiz score & completion by slides viewed

Hi, Not sure if this is possible but somone may have a custom way of doing this.

I have built a two part course for a client. Part 1 contains a Pre-Test and the main course. Part 2 has an end of course mastery quiz. The original plan was to track completion of part one by number of slides viewed. Part two will be tracked by quiz result slide. So the pre-Test result score would not be reported to the LMS.

By the way the pre-Test can't be seperate and before the main course, it occurs a short way into the main course.

The client now wants to hold the pre-Test score on the LMS along with the complete/incomplete for slides viewed.

The standard tracking options when publishing doesn't allow this i.e. can't report both by 'slides viewed' and 'quiz result'.

Does anyone know a way of tracking both? Is there any code/calls I can add within the course to pass the quiz sorce to the LMS when it occurs and then the 'complete'/'incomplete' once the required number of slides have been viewed.
