Tracking in LMS- says "In Progress" instead of "Complete"

Hello,
I have created a quiz in Storyline, and I want the LMS to track the completion. I have it set up so that learners have unlimited tries for each question, and therefore, cannot pass the quiz until they get 100%. Upon passing, they see a results slide that tells them that they passed.
In Storyline, the Publishing Settings are:
Reporting: Report Status to LMS as Completed/Incomplete
Tracking: Track using quiz results (and it is set to the only quiz that is set up in the project)
I uploaded the quiz into my LMS to test it out. I enrolled in the course and completed the quiz. I got 100% on the quiz, and saw the results slide that said that I passed. However, in my LMS, it still says that I am in Progress, but it should say "complete". How do I get it to not say "In Progress"?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Julie,
First, I wanted to point you to this blog post on common troubleshooting steps within your LMS, specifically the last part about testing within SCORM Cloud to see if you can replicate the behavior. If you're able to experience the same issue within SCORM Cloud, please feel free to share your file with our Support team here.
Additionally, we're also aware of some tracking issues when using Internet Explorer 9, so if you're using that to view your course you'll want to review this article.

Thank you. I was able to just get it to work. In the Tracking tab when I was publishing it Storyline, it was set to SCORM 2004, but I then had to change it to "4th Edition". It had defaulted to 2nd Edition, but that wasn't allowing the tracking in our LMS. Now that I've changed it to the 4th Edition, the progress changes to complete when someone finishes the course.
