I need to track in my LMS the responses that people provide to individual quiz questions (I'm up to speed on how to use a results slide to track the overall results as passed/failed, complete/incomplete). For example:
Make a certain variable change if clicked on answer one. Make a text_entry box in a question slide. fill the text_entry with that variable and autosubmit the question when timeline starts.
Here's the tool you can use to track learning data in a Storyline module. Just set up a data table with all the data fields you need to capture. After the learner takes the course, you will have all the information in the report.

In the LMS report you can find the results.

Do you want reports something like attachment added?
Successfactors has a special report for this. Search up 'SCORM' in the LMS reports area. I think you need to publish to SCORM 2004 for this to work.
