Tracking Survey Results in LMS

Hi everyone,
I've been having a great deal of trouble getting my LMS (OnPoint) to track the survey answers in my Storyline course. The entire course is a survey/assessment where the user evaluates their own progress.
There is a result slide that is tracking all of the questions. The print option brings up all of the questions and responses. When I go to publish, I am using this result slide to be reported to the LMS. I've chosen the correct SCORM option and indicated a Complete/Incomplete report status.
The survey results however are not being tracked in my LMS.
My LMS provider believes there is something that I am not doing in Storyline.
Does anyone have an idea what I might be missing?

Hi there Christie! The first step I would recommend is testing the course in another environment such as SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for LMS testing. You can create a free account there, and upload the SCORM package just as you would in your LMS. Here are the steps you'll need to go through that testing.

Thanks, Alyssa. I actually did try SCORM Cloud first. The data from the survey showed up there, but not in my LMS.
I assume this is an LMS issue then?
You're one step ahead of me! And you're correct - it's safe to assume this is an issue with the LMS. At this point, you'll want to open a support case with your LMS to troubleshoot the issue. They may request a debug log to help identify the problem. Click here to learn how to generate a debug log.
