A client of us has its own LMS and wants to upload our Scorm files. We could do this but we want to have a controle of how many users in the client's LMS will use our Scorm files, because they have to pay by the number of users of the course.
Is there a way that we could track the use of those scorm files, so that we know how many users have followed the course ?

You could use something like Scorm dispatch from Scormcloud.

How did SCORM Dispatch work out for you?
We're looking to do the same thing. We want to license SCORM content for clients on their own LMS, but we have to track launches / access.
