I published course with tracking using the number of slides but the course was not complete when I saw all the slides. I checked that the number of slides is correct. Also, I do not understand, why I don't see my progress, score always is 0, no matter how match slide I already saw. Help me please)
Hi there, Olesya. Storyline will not report the percentage complete when tracking by the number of slides viewed. It will only register as incomplete, in progress, or complete, and it won't distinguish between 1/3 and 3/4 complete.
However, Storyline should be sending completion status as soon as you land on the minimum number of slides needed to be viewed. Let me get some more information from you so I can help:
What reporting status did you use (complete/incomplete, passed/incomplete)?
Does the course report complete on SCORM Cloud? We use this environment for testing LMS content.
Is there any difference if you change the slides viewed to less than what you have now? I'd like to understand if it will report completion at all.
