Is there a way to transcribe imported audio into text using the captions engine (or some other way)? If not, are there any free services anyone knows about?
Third-party captioning services, such as YouTube, Amara, and 3PlayMedia will generate SRT, VTT, SBV, and SUB files. You can then import those caption files into Storyline by following these steps.
This currently isn't possible in Rise 360, but I will be sure to add your voice to the feature request and update you in this discussion when there's any progress to share!
Now you can make your videos accessible by adding closed captions in Rise 360. Simply import a caption file for each language you want to support. Check out the video demo in this discussion, and find more details here!

Hi Jim!

Otherwise, you can use Storyline's built-in closed caption editor to manually create your own captions.
Does this work in Rise?

In the meantime, check out this discussion for an unsupported workaround.
