We hired contractors to work on a couple of courses. Each of them had different licenses and now we would like to combine their work products to one of the licenses. I am looking for a resource to walk me through this process.
There won't be a need to combine licenses, they'll just need to share the .story files with you - and I'd recommend the steps here for collaborating on a file.
If you are looking to transfer the Storyline license of a particular individual, the Articulate End User License Agreement (EULA) doesn't permit transferring software to another user. If there's a special condition that would require a transfer, such as an employee leaving the company, you'll need to request consent for the transfer.
The contractors did leave our company so I am thinking someone has reached out to talk about the special condition to get a transfer. Thanks for the insight.
