Transferring License to someone else
One of my teammates who holds an articulate license is changing roles so we want to uninstall on his computer and transfer the licence to another team member.
He is having the below issue- can you advise on the correct way to uninstall the software please?
"Before uninstalling, I wanted to “deactivate” the sw on my computer but for some reason Articulate is not connecting to the activation server. I will try a few times to see if it is on their end.
I am not sure if I should uninstall before being able to deactivate, please advise."
