Translate Page From French Pop-Up

Hello to everyone out there who is waaaayyyyy smarter than me. Yesterday I published a Storyline 360 file to "Web", and loaded it on an internal (non-lms) server. When I tested it, I got (and continue to get) a pop-up box that askes me if I want to translate the page from French on both Edge and Chrome (see attached screen shots).

The answer to this is no...it's in English now, which is the language it needs to be in. Does anyone know if this pop-up is coming from the program? If so, how do I remove it?   I searched the community, but did not find an answer.  My current Storyline 360 version is 3.49.24347.0
