Translated course crashesh on SCORM

Hello,
I am facing weird issue when testing a course on SCORM cloud. The existing English course is translated to Turkish language, and its working fine till the assessment questions slides. Once assessment started course window abruptly closes with the error message displayed in below screenshot. I removed all assessment slides and reimported those in English language, but this did not work. Changing SL player to default didn’t work as well. I am unable to find what could be the cause of this issue and how to resolve this. Course is working fine when tested locally. Does any of you faced such issue?

Hello Parashuram - Seems like a connectivity issue perhaps, but strange that you are able to identify consistency in the failure.
Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look?
