An extra question about this. I used this to get my feedback to questions in Japanese and it only works in part. The window title is still in English, even though I am using the standard feedback. Any idea what the problem could be?
You'll want to look at changing the player text labels, and confirm that you didn't make any custom edits to your feedback master text or feedback layers.
If you're still seeing some parts that aren't changing to Japanese, can you let me know what version of Storyline you're using and share a copy of your file?
Thank you for your reply, Ashley. I verified that I did not make any changes to the feedback master or the feedback layers. I also created a support case for help. The strange thing is that the strings are translated in the import file.
I'm glad you sent in a Support case too! That'll allow us to take a look and determine what else in your file could be causing such a hiccup. I see you're working with Jonathan, so I'll keep an eye on the case as well.
I checked in on your case this AM and it looks like Jonathan was able to get you fixed up again! He noted that the files were being saved/imported in from a local destination, so he advised following along with the guidelines here.

I added a screenshot.
Thanks in advance.

The Incorrect feedback window has even less Japanese. See screenshot.

Let us know if you need anything else.
Hi Ashley,
Yes, I was importing the translation from a server. I won't forget anymore! Thank you for following up on this.
