Translation Export Error

Hi All,
On the forum I have found a lot of posts on this issue, but I haven't yet found a solution to my problem. I have tried every suggestion, but still most of the time (99/100) I'll get an error message when trying to export a translation document (.doc).
I am now running SL 1, Update 8.
Is there any news or new developments on this issue from you guys at Articulate?
I think it is ridiculous to have to work around this issue for such a long time.
Hope you guys can help me and probably a lot of Storyline users with this problem.

Hello Chris!
Would you be able to upload your files that are having the issue directly to our support team? The issue has been reported to QA. The more files they can get to test would be helpful.
