With a series of courses built for a specific client I am unable to run the export for translation successfully. It appears to start OK but then pops up an alert message with no text in it! Any idea why this is happening? I tried a different Storyline file (from a completely different project) and it seemed to work OK.
Are you using the latest update of Storyline 2, update 8? It was released earlier this month and had a specific fix for issues with the translation export to Word as you can see here per the release notes.
You'll want to download and install the latest update and then try to export again to Word and ensure you're doing so when Word is closed and that you're working on local project files.
