I am now trying to convert Flash files into Storyline to make it compatible with Ipads.
As those transaltions are in various languages (russian, chinese, japanese, etc.), I would like to be sure my texts are in their right place on each page.
Is there a simple, fast and easy way for this kind of manipulation?
Storyline has a translation feature, but based on the setup you're describing, this translation feature will not work with the content within a Flash file. If you do create the associated text once in a particular language, I'd suggest following the tutorial here to export and translate into the additional languages you need.
