I’ve got some trouble for translation import. I work on a mac book pro, with windows 8 on parallel desktop, word 2013 installed.
When I import a translation file, I don’t have a normal import error. A pop up with « Storyline Error Support » come and the importation don’t work at all.
A colleague test the same file on the same storyline project and it work.
Have you got any clue ? I don’t fine anything simlar on the web.
