I'm familiar with how the translation (import) feature works and have success with using--until today.
Has anyone encountered the tool automatically assigning a file name prior to you selecting the actual file? In addition, when I browse to where the document is housed, no MS Word files are listed. If I browse independently away from AS2, I see the document just fine.
You mean Storyline is assigning a new file name to the translated document before you've picked it? Could you share a sample of this? Did you confirm it's saved as a .doc file? Also are you working on all local project files and adhering to the other steps here?
